Bell Canada plans to begin testing a new service that uses Microsoft technology to deliver video over telephone lines says CNet.
I wonder how similar this is to Telus’ plan to do TV over ADSL.
Frank is tracking the Charlie Nesson hacktivism proposal (that I mentionned before) and he offers this conclusion:
