Most normal, mentally stable individuals do not take notice of proper typographic punctuation. Many design and typography nerds, however, break out in a nasty rash when they encounter, say, a restaurant sign that uses a straight apostrophe to spell “Joe’s”.

Well here we go. The > don’t seem to be encoded properly, but SmartyPant made no claims to the contrary and it might be KungLog’s problem or OS X API’s not doing it’s UTF-8-ization job, or what not.
Actually.. easy way to« know »… « how » does the so called «comment form» deals with this issue? Is it still the 80’s?
